Bardot dead = N :-(
Sad news : Bebe, who was responsible for many of my teenage erections, has died at age 91.
Oh and by the way, that initial joke on my headline today is in Morse code, geddit?

Sneak attack practice
Luftwaffe practicing sneak attacks through the Sauerland hills. 500 knots at 80 feet, Eurofighters hiding their radar echoes in the ground clutter. What really makes this dangerous
is that they are buzzing a glider airfield, as you can see in the background, without any precautionary warning. Not a good idea. Imagine if they had hit a glider launch tow rope !
Could have been me towing :-(

Agent Krasnov actually died a few months ago, and the GOP, wanting to avoid any ad-VANCE in their strategy
has replaced him with an AI/Natural Stupidity (restricted language model, duh!) and we all know by now how good THEY are.

Chronic Lumbar Back pain
For the past 6 weeks I have been mainly housebound due to severe back pain and my blogging was thus dormant/spineless.
But now it is improving somewhat (painkillers), so I can maybe sit up and restart this blog.
Thus yesterday I have been researching back pain and here are some recent stats for Germany.
80% of people in Germany have back pain at some time in their life. 35% in the last week and 60% in the last year.
15.5% of adults have chronic back pain daily over at least 3 months.
Seniors over 70 are stricken 14.8 days per month.
Women more often than men, but mostly in the neck and shoulders.
In 2022 it cost the country some 11.6 * 109 Euros, which is 2.8% of the total health costs.

Of those spinally afflicted, 70% have spinal lumbar pain (like me), 65% have headaches, 50% joint pain, 31% muscle pain, 27% stomach pain, and 23% toothache.
The spine has 33 discs, 7 in the neck, 5 in the chest, 12 Lumbar=in the lower back (which is where mine hurt), 5 Sacrum and 4 Coccyx.
So, no more heavy lifting, motorcycling or aerobatics for me, the last 2 being hobbies of mine.
