Cryptogram Puzzles not from NSA seal, nor from FAPSI seal.

Congratulations to those who (after 15 months) cracked the second three crypto-puzzles I put on this webpage!
So now (1/1/2002) I have replaced these three by three new ones, of somewhat DEcreased difficulty ;-)
